Custom Tent & Product
What types of custom tents do you manufacture?
We develop modular tent systems for events, temporary storage, outdoor hospitality, exhibitions, branded activations and other project-led applications. The most suitable configuration depends on the intended use, dimensions, site and installation duration.
Can you customize the size, height or layout?
Yes. A custom quotation can be prepared around the required width, length, eave height, roof form, doors, walls, linked layouts and selected accessories. Share a layout sketch or target internal clearance so the proposed configuration supports the actual operation.
What information do you need to recommend a tent?
Please share the application, site location, target dimensions, installation period, ground type, access needs, required openings and delivery destination. Site photographs and a simple plan help identify questions before the quotation is prepared.
Can you add branding, transparent walls or special doors?
Branding, transparent panels, wall options, doors, gutters and other accessories can be discussed as part of the project scope. Availability and suitability should be confirmed against the selected tent system and installation conditions.
How do I choose the right tent size?
Start with usable internal space: guest circulation and service areas for events, or vehicles, racking and turning space for storage. Then allow for doors, frame positions, installation access and the approved site layout. Read our custom-tent buying guide for a practical brief checklist. Read the buying guide.
Factory & Quality Control
Where is your factory located?
Our custom-tent factory is located in Shenzhen, China, with approximately 8,000 sq. m. of production space. Project discussions can be supported with factory images, drawings and scheduled remote reviews.
What happens before an order is packed?
The order should be checked against the approved configuration, packing plan and agreed inspection scope. Depending on the product, the check may include component counting, visible-condition review, labels, fabric packages, hardware and packing-list verification.
Do you provide factory testing?
Testing and inspection should be defined for the specific order rather than assumed. Tell us if you need a documented check, a trial assembly of relevant components, a label review or a third-party inspection plan so the scope can be agreed before production is released.
Can we request a third-party inspection?
Yes. For export projects, a buyer can arrange an agreed pre-shipment inspection. The order should state the timing, scope, acceptance criteria and documents to be reviewed before the shipment is sealed.
Can you provide certificates or technical documents?
Available documents depend on the configuration and destination market. Please tell us the local or customer requirement early. We will confirm the documents that can be supplied and identify where local authority, engineer or venue review is still required.
Shipping & Installation
Do you support international shipments?
Yes. Export shipment preparation can be coordinated around the agreed commercial terms and destination. Share the destination port or delivery address, target date and preferred freight arrangement so packaging and shipping scope can be discussed accurately.
What is included in shipment preparation?
A complete shipment plan should identify frame bundles, roof and wall packages, doors, hardware, accessories, labels and the packing list. The exact shipping documents and responsibilities depend on the agreed contract and destination.
How long does production and delivery take?
Timing depends on the final configuration, materials, drawing approval, inspection requirements, shipping method, destination and site readiness. We recommend agreeing milestones rather than relying on a generic lead-time statement.
Do you provide installation support?
Installation guidance, project coordination or other support can be discussed according to the location and project scope. The buyer should confirm site access, ground condition, unloading area, local labour/equipment and applicable local safety requirements before installation.
Can a tent be installed on concrete or asphalt?
The correct approach depends on the surface construction, site permission, underground services, anchoring or ballast plan and the specific structure. Provide site details before approving drilling, fixing or placement.
Quotes, Compliance & Support
How do I request a quote?
Use the inquiry form with your application, target dimensions, location and delivery destination. A project team member can then clarify site, material, access and shipping assumptions before issuing a tailored proposal.
What will a quotation normally cover?
A reliable quotation should identify the proposed dimensions, frame and membrane scope, walls/doors/accessories, assumptions, drawings or documents included, packaging and delivery basis. Ask for exclusions to be identified clearly when comparing offers.
Do commercial tents require permits?
Requirements can vary by country, municipality, site, duration, use and local authority. The buyer should confirm planning, fire, event, workplace and installation obligations with the relevant competent parties before finalising the project schedule.
Can you guarantee a tent for every weather condition?
No responsible supplier should make an unrestricted claim. Weather exposure, ground conditions, location, installation duration and local requirements must be considered for the selected configuration. Discuss the project conditions before the solution is finalised.
What after-sales support is available?
Please include expected installation date, intended duration and future use in your inquiry. We can then discuss the applicable documentation, care guidance, spare-part identification and support route for the proposed order.
