Importers
Coordinate destination requirements, documents, package data and forwarder handover.
COMMERCIAL TENT WHOLESALE
Build a controlled product range for importing, distribution or rental with stable specifications, product identity and export handover.

APPLICATION-LED SOURCING
A wholesale program works when product references, kit contents, labels, artwork, cartons and acceptance evidence remain consistent. Buyers should define what can change, what must stay fixed and how every order will be checked before shipment. TentDawn supports that work through controlled specifications and packing information.
WHERE IT FITS
Coordinate destination requirements, documents, package data and forwarder handover.
Create product codes, range logic, branded materials and reliable reorder references.
Plan fleet compatibility, component identification, spare parts and storage-friendly packing.
Develop private-label tents with approved presentation and repeatable quality checkpoints.
PURCHASING FRAMEWORK
MOQ is only one part of a viable wholesale program. The complete range and repeat-order system matter more.
PREPARE A STRONGER RFQ
Send the use, dimensions, quantity, destination and required date. We will identify the next technical and commercial questions.
Send Your RequirementsA CONTROLLED PROJECT PATH
Share the destination market, target buyers, product position and expected order pattern.
Close construction, materials, branding, kit contents and approval references.
Check selected materials and first repeatable details before completing the full quantity.
Use stable item codes and approved references while documenting any change before the next batch.
FACTORY & PROCUREMENT EVIDENCE
Compare suppliers using the same product and packaging schedule. Confirm whether walls, anchoring kits, bags, spare parts, labels, cartons and export documents are included or optional.
BUYER QUESTIONS
MOQ varies by tent system, material, color, artwork version, packaging and component sourcing. Share the required quantity per model and per design so the factory can review the actual production mix.
Private-label scope can include product labels, bags, instructions and carton marks when agreed in the specification. Artwork, language, regulatory content and approval responsibilities must be confirmed by the buyer.
Commercial terms are agreed per quotation and shipment. Buyers should state the preferred Incoterm, destination, nominated forwarder and required export documents at the RFQ stage.
Use approved drawings, material schedules, artwork files, product codes, packaging references and an order-specific inspection plan. Record and approve every change before production.
